Trusting God is expected of every Christian. Being led by His Holy Spirit in God's mission is imperative for God's leaders. God's response is favorable when we seek His direction. We are certainly being led by God in His mission in this new year.

Second Timothy 2:2 is our focus. “and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also”.  (ESVUK). The challenging word for me in this verse is FAITHFUL. I ask myself this question: Am I faithful? Am I teaching others what I have received? Am I forming new disciples? Look at what God is doing.

Félix Guala is one of these new men focused on Teaching Others. Brother Guala lives in Santiago, Chile. He began to meet with a group of people in his own home. His group is growing, which has led him to look for a larger place to meet as a church. This is a blessing from God.

In order to find new disciple-makers, I set out to conduct a workshop at a retreat at Centro Emanuel in El Salvador in mid-January. There were 29 men and women aged 16 years old to people in their upper 60s who enjoyed a good time in this beautiful place. I expected that about 6 people would come out committed to being faithful to this call-of which I would follow up with. Thanks be to God, as my expectations were greatly surpassed- 22 of the 29 people who attended the event will now be followed up with-this is God moving His people.

Leaders from the eastern part of the country have met to organize and implement actions that lead them to connect with new people. In the central part of the country: brothers Alexander Yacón and Elmer Del Cid are already connected via videoconference with local people and Guatemalan people.  In another group, they are evangelizing and discipling 10 people in a place called Las Crucitas that is 2 hours away from Centro Emanuel.

These are some of the things that are going on in the kingdom that are taking place in Chile and in El Salvador. Expect more news as God leads us to new successes in his mission in this year-2025. In the meantime, join this mission in prayer for these servants of God and that the Lord will continue to open doors for us with new people and new places.
